A huge amount of daily healthy is reliant on the things you do in the morning.
Of course strength plays a part in managing typical life activities, but it is less obvious how critical strength training is in maintaining the health of your brain, lymphatic, and cardiovascular system. Flexibility simply enables to do exercise and prevents against injuries.
For myself, I spend about 15 minutes stretching and 15 minutes of strength exercise every morning as soon as I get out of bed. If I don't do it at that time it will never happen during the day, for me at least. A little later I do 20 pull ups while doing the mouthcare system.
I also work out with the ATL Warriors and train kung fu on the weekend so that is kind of a test of my daily strength training. For me they are a reason to train--to hold me accountable. Everybody needs a reason.
